Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Updates: 

* All products are in stock and we’re still delivering worldwide! (COVID-19).

* Our factories are still operational and every action has been taken to protect the health of our employees and community. We are still fulfilling orders on a daily basis, however, things are moving slower than they would be in normal conditions.

As a direct result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, production and delivery times have been delayed by up to 10 business days than the time frame below.

Please be patient as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, with everyone’s safety in mind.

Orders to the Continental United States incur a flat shipping fee start at $5.99 (first item), for additional item is $2.00

    Orders to countries outside of the Continental United States and European Union incur flat a shipping fee of $18.99.

    We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will usually be processed within 5-10 business days of ordering and shipped within one day of processing. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

    To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:
    - Production time: The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.
    - Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
    In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

    Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

    Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

    * Please make sure your address is correct. If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. decorated bliss is not responsible for delayed or lost package via ups or USPS.


    1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method.
    2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
    3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
    4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
    5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
